Before Kraken, we ran a car workshop for years. We don’t subcontract detailing to anyone outside: the same people you’ll find in the studio at ul. Powstańców 20 in Kraków work on your car.
We take one car per slot and work on it until it’s done — that’s why we know what we did with every element and can show it in photos.

We invoice companies and service leased cars

What drivers ask before their first visit
Detailing is much more than a thorough wash. It includes decontamination of the paint, i.e. removing contaminants that shampoo won’t lift; paint correction — sanding and polishing that removes scratches and holograms; protecting the surface with a ceramic coating or PPF film; and full interior cleaning: upholstery cleaning, leather care and ozone treatment. We always match the scope to the condition of the specific car — not every car needs everything at once.
In our studio, detailing wash with paint protection starts from 299 zł, upholstery cleaning from 600 zł, and window tinting from 650 zł. A ceramic coating costs from 1 300 zł, PPF film from 1 000 zł, and packages combining ceramics with PPF have a fixed price from 2 490 zł. Paint correction starts from 900 zł: we set the number of stages only after measuring the paint thickness and counting the defects.
Detailing wash and window tinting usually take one day. Upholstery cleaning with ozone treatment takes from a few hours to a full day. Paint correction alone takes 6 to 10 hours of work. A ceramic coating takes one working day, or two with full paint correction. We complete paint protection packages in 1–2 days. We confirm the exact date when quoting, after seeing the car.
It depends on the car and on what you expect. For a new car and for a leased car, paint protection usually pays off: PPF film on the risk zones and a ceramic coating reduce chips and scratches, and paint without defects affects the value at return or resale. For an older car, paint correction and a proper interior clean often make more sense on their own. During the inspection we tell you straight which options make sense for your car and which would be money spent with no visible effect.

PPF (Paint Protection Film) is a clear or coloured, flexible protective film that protects the paint finish from stone chips, scratches, road salt and chemicals, as well as UV radiation. We use high-quality PPF film with self-healing properties — minor scratches disappear under heat.
Yes, but most scratches heal on their own (self-healing). The film takes the damage instead of the paint. It is designed to protect the paint, so it is better to replace the film on a damaged part than to repaint the car.
It increases paint gloss, makes cleaning easier, protects against chemicals and gives a hydrophobic effect.
Yes, it matters a lot. The front is protected against chips, and the whole car against scratches in car parks, during automatic washing and everyday use. For new and expensive cars, full PPF protection is the best investment in keeping the vehicle’s value.
A one-stage polish takes about 6 hours, two stages about 8 hours, and three stages up to 10 hours. The time depends on the size of the car and the condition of the paint.
No, we don’t have a replacement car. Pick-up and drop-off costs 250 zł within 25 km of the studio.
It depends on the service: a ceramic coating takes one working day, or two with full paint correction, and we complete paint protection packages in 1–2 days. You see the work status live on your order’s page, via the link in the SMS, together with photos of each stage.
Yes, we issue VAT invoices, including to companies. Paint protection packages have a fixed price known before work starts.
The studio is at ul. Powstańców 20 in Kraków, Mon–Sat 9:00–19:00, visits by prior booking. There are parking spaces for customers at the studio.
By card, bank transfer, BLIK or cash. We do not offer instalment payments.
We speak Polish, English and Ukrainian. You receive the handover protocol as a PDF in Polish or Ukrainian.
