We work Monday to Saturday, always by prior booking. For urgent matters, the fastest check is by phone.
Sometimes you can drop in without booking — it depends on how many jobs we have in the bay that day. We don’t promise this in advance on the website, but by phone we can tell whether we can take you the same day.
Saturday is our busiest day of the week — more visits than on Friday.
If you plan to come on Saturday, call earlier than usual — it’s our busiest day.

We serve clients in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English — if you’d rather talk in a language other than Polish, say so when you call.
Approximate turnaround time for each service — roughly how long the car stays in the bay.
One thing we can say for sure already: polishing in every variant takes at least one working day, and paint protection packages 1 to 2 days — the car stays with us for that time; it is not a matter of the queue, but of the process itself.
There are situations where time matters more than the booking queue.
The longer it sits on the upholstery, the deeper it soaks in.
A window left open in the rain, a leaking sunroof — the longer moisture stands in the floor, the greater the risk.
It’s a matter of hours, not days — acid in sunlight acts on paint very fast.
It sets within a few hours, after which removal is much harder.

There is a customer car park on site, and you can use Wi-Fi while you wait. Card payment — no problem.
If the journey takes more than a dozen minutes, it’s worth calling before you set off to confirm the time — especially on Saturday, when the schedule fills up fastest.
