We work Monday to Saturday, always by prior booking. For anything urgent, a phone call is the fastest way to check.
Sometimes you can drop in without an appointment — it depends on how many jobs we have in the bay that day. We don't promise it in advance on the website, but over the phone we can tell you whether we can take you the same day.
Saturday is our busiest day of the week — more visits than Friday.
If you plan to come on a Saturday, call earlier than usual — it's our busiest day.
The basic rule is booking in advance — that's how we plan the bays.

We serve customers in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English — if another language is easier for you than Polish, just say so on the phone.
Approximate turnaround for each service — roughly how long the car stays in our bay.
One thing we can say for certain right now: paint correction in any variant takes at least one full working day, and paint protection packages take 1 to 2 days. The car stays with us for that time — that's the process itself, not the queue.
There are situations where time matters more than the booking queue.
The longer it sits in the upholstery, the deeper it soaks in.
A window left open in the rain, a leaking sunroof — the longer moisture sits in the floor, the greater the risk.
This is a matter of hours, not days — acid in the sun attacks the paint very quickly.
It sets within a few hours, after which removal is far harder.

There is customer parking on site, and Wi-Fi while you wait. Card payment is no problem.
If the drive takes you more than fifteen minutes or so, it's worth calling before you set off to confirm the slot — especially on Saturday, when the schedule fills up fastest.
