Safe hand washing without the risk of scratches. 10-step process, paint decontamination, streak-free drying.

Every car wash is performed according to a clearly defined procedure. 10 steps in strict sequence — each prepares the surface for the next. This minimizes the risk of scratches and ensures the maximum final result.
Paintwork Cooling
Reacts unstably to cleaning chemicals, which is why we begin by cooling the surface with a stream of water. This is critically important in the summer, when the car body can heat up to 60–70°C.
Active Foam (Pre-wash)
We cover the entire vehicle with a thick layer of active foam that softens and dissolves dirt without mechanical contact with the paint. The foam acts for several minutes, effectively breaking down road grime, dust, and insect residue. This is the most crucial pre-wash stage: the more dirt the foam removes, the safer the subsequent care will be.
Detail Cleaning with Brushes
Emblems, air intake grilles, weather seals, and window trim joints are areas that no standard car wash can reach. We use soft detailing brushes to delicately wash out stubborn grime from every single gap, no matter how small.
Wheel Rim and Wheel Arch Cleaning
Brake dust accumulates on rims, acting aggressively toward the coating. For thorough cleaning of the spokes, inner barrel, and arches, we utilize specialized products, acid-resistant materials, and dedicated brushes.
Safe Two-Bucket Method Washing
The foundation and heart of the entire procedure. One bucket holds a pH-neutral shampoo solution, while the other contains clean water for rinsing the wash mitt. At the bottom of each bucket is a protective grit guard (grid) that keeps dirt trapped at the bottom. A soft microfiber mitt gently collects remaining dirt, after which it is rinsed in water and dipped back into the shampoo. This guarantees that sand will not be transferred back onto the bodywork. We wash strictly from top to bottom and use a separate mitt for the dirtiest lower sections.
Chemical Decontamination (Removal of Bitumen and Tar)
After the main wash, contaminants remain on the paintwork that shampoo cannot remove: road bitumen, asphalt film, tree sap, and insect residue. We use specialized chemicals that dissolve these substances without rubbing, eliminating the risk of scratching the surface. After this stage, the clear coat becomes smooth to the touch.
Deironization (Removal of Metallic Particles)
Sharp metallic particles from brake pads settle on the bodywork and embed themselves into the paint. They are invisible to the naked eye but can be felt by touch. A special product reacts with the iron particles, turning a bright purple color (the so-called "bleeding effect"). After rinsing off the compounds, the clear coat is fully cleansed of metallic deposits.
Rinsing with Demineralized Water
Regular tap water contains calcium and magnesium, which leave white spots (limescale/water spots) upon drying. For the final rinse, we use reverse osmosis purified water: it is completely free of minerals and dries without leaving any traces behind.
Touchless Warm Air Drying
Instead of wiping water with a towel (which always carries a risk of creating micro-scratches), we use a powerful warm air car dryer. It completely blows water out of gaps, side mirrors, weather seals, and other hard-to-reach areas. Any remaining moisture droplets are blotted away using an ultra-soft waffle-weave towel without friction.
Cleaning Door Jambs and Trunk Edges
Door jambs, trunk edges, and pillars are areas where dust, sand, and moisture actively accumulate. We clean them by hand, ensuring the car looks immaculate not only from the outside, but also when you open the doors.

The service time depends on the chosen wash package, the car's level of contamination, and the studio's current workload. A standard full-service package typically takes between 1 and 3 hours. We will coordinate the exact time when you book your appointment, taking into account all your preferences regarding additional procedures.
We use "detailing wash" technology, which includes multi-stage body cleaning with safe automotive chemicals, professional tools for reaching difficult spots, and specialized drying materials that eliminate the risk of scratches. It is not just a quick rinse of dirt, but careful care for every detail of your car.
