We clean fabric upholstery with an extractor: front seats, rear bench and floor mats, including seams and hard-to-reach gaps. The cleaning solution goes into the fabric and the extractor pulls it back out with the dirt, so no chemicals are left in the upholstery. We also clean the headliner, Alcantara and child seats.
We clean and condition leather seats and trim, which keeps the leather soft and slows down cracking.
Full interior cleaning with disassembly is for a cabin that needs cleaning end to end: we take the seats out and clean the spots you can't reach otherwise. After cleaning, the interior takes 2 to 6 hours to dry, depending on how deep the cleaning goes.

After a dog or cat, a vacuum only picks up what sits on top. Hair has tiny scales on its surface that catch on the fabric loops, and static charge holds it in place as well. Airflow alone won't pull it out.
So we start by hand: rubber brushes and scrapers comb the pile and roll the hair into clumps, and a rubber squeegee does the boot carpet. Then the vacuum, and finally the extractor rinses out what is left, smell included. On Alcantara we use a soft brush, because hard rubbing flattens its fibres for good.
Hair removal is part of upholstery cleaning, and we quote after the inspection. Fine cat hair worked into velour doesn't always come out to the last strand: you get upholstery that looks clean at arm's length.
