After fitting, the windscreen and front side windows must let through at least 70% of light (§ 8 ust. 5 pkt 4 of the Polish regulation on technical conditions for vehicles, Dz.U. 2024 poz. 502). Factory glass lets through about 78–80%, so the margin is small and the measurement on your windscreen decides the result. Details: window tinting rules.

After fitting, the windscreen and front side windows must let through at least 70% of light (§ 8 ust. 5 pkt 4 of the Polish regulation on technical conditions for vehicles) and must not dazzle other drivers by reflecting light (pkt 5). Factory glass lets through about 78–80%, so the margin is small, which is why we fit the light Sky 85% version on the front. Before the job we measure the glass with a meter and tell you the result. The number is how much light the film itself lets through. Sky 85% is light and has a slightly purple tint. Deep Sky 60% has a deeper blue-purple tint, but with the factory glass it falls below the 70% limit, so we do not fit it on the windscreen.
From inside the car the film is clear. The colour shift is visible from outside, and its tone changes with the viewing angle, the light and the weather.
Brawix classes Chameleon as an atermic film that reduces heating inside the car, and it declares 99% UV blocking for its tinting films. The manufacturer does not publish a separate infrared protection figure for the Chameleon series, so we do not give one either.
